We are proud to have own recognition for our green designs for numerous projects. Our key staff have also been trained to manage green mark project by the Building and Control Authority of Singapore and GBI in Malaysia to ensure they are in tune with current practices and directions.

Ir. Abu Bakar Bin Omar
Director
Mr. Abu is a registered Professional Engineer, Malaysia, with vast experience with more than 20 years in the design, supervision and commissioning of M&E services in buildings encompassing HT/LT electrical power distribution, cabling system, transformers, power generators and emergency standby generators, uninterruptible power supply, lightings, lifts and fire alarm system.
Liew Chee Yoong, Pierce
Director
Mr. Pierce Liew has wide design and consultancy experience in the mechanical and electrical services for more than 20 years. He has vast knowledge in the design, supervision and commissioning of M&E services in buildings encompassing fire protection, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, plumbing & sanitary systems as well as electrical system.
Ir. Yap Yoon Loy
Technical Director
Mr. Yap has good working experience in the consultancy services involving concept design, tender preparation, tender evaluation, site supervision, testing & commissioning and project management. He has vast experience in the design & supervision of Mechanical services in buildings encompassing Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation, Sanitary, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Alarm, Swimming Pool & Pond Filtration systems.
Ir. Azizi Bin Ahamad
Technical Director
Mr. Azizi holds a MBA in Energy Management and B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate and has more than 30 years’ experience in Building M&E Services which has been involved in buildings fields in particular the High Rise Building, Education Centre, Medium and Heavy Industries, Hospital and Condominium. His further experience includes contract administration and project management for fast track army camps and Sewage Treatment Plant project which meeting project schedule. He is especially trained in swimming pool services, elevator services, ACMV Services, Fire Fighting and prevention system and has well versed expertise in hydraulic and Compressed Air Services. He is also a Qualified and Competent Safety & Health Officer registered with DOSH.
